🗓 How product dates work
synced_at — updated to tonight's date every time the nightly sync runs, for every active product.
This means synced_at does not tell you when a product was first added to Shopify —
it only tells you when it was last synced (always "last night").
shopify_created_at — the real creation date from Shopify, written once when a product is first synced and never overwritten.
This is used to sort the Browse picker in Customer Link by newest product first, and powers the "New Arrivals" auto-selection mode accurately.
The column was added to shopify_inventory — it will populate for new products on the next nightly sync,
and existing products will backfill gradually as they are re-encountered.
